Job summary

MiniMed is seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to partner with Netherlands leaders and drive people-focused solutions. You will advise on performance, engagement, and leadership effectiveness while supporting employee lifecycle activities with HR Shared Services.

The role emphasizes a pragmatic, hands-on mindset, strong stakeholder management, and fluency in Dutch and English to navigate complex employment regulations and business needs.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Dutch employment law and practical application.
• Experience partnering with and coaching managers on people topics.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR partnership and employee support to leaders and teams.
• Advise on performance management, engagement, and leadership effectiveness.
• Support employee lifecycle activities in collaboration with HR Shared Services.
• Guide managers on absence management, disciplinary processes, investigations, and performance improvement plans.
