KARL LAGERFELD is seeking a proactive HR Business Partner to act as a trusted partner to our HQ functions, collaborating with senior leadership to translate people needs into effective HR solutions. You will drive performance, talent and organizational development across the organization, ensuring policy alignment and a consistent employee experience.

You will work with the wider HR team on various projects, while supporting a fast-paced, global business in Amsterdam and beyond.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of HR Business Partner experience in an international environment.
• Strong experience partnering with managers and stakeholders at different levels.
• Solid knowledge of HR practices, employee relations and employment legislation.

Responsabilités

• Act as trusted sparring partner and advisor to HQ managers and employees on HR topics.
• Provide first-line HR advice and support throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Coach managers in performance management, talent management and organizational development.
• Ensure alignment with policies, local legislation and people strategy.
• Support organizational changes and HR initiatives across the organization.
