Job summary

Medline is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner for the EMEA Sales & Marketing teams, based at our Utrecht headquarters. You will partner with senior leaders across 27 countries to translate business strategy into people initiatives, shaping growth, leadership capability, and workforce effectiveness.

The role requires strong strategic HR partnering, experience in an international, matrixed environment, and willingness to travel within EMEA. A CIPD/SPHR/PHR or similar certification is preferred.

• 8+ years of HR Business Partnering or HR leadership experience.
