Job summary

DP World Rotterdam seeks an HR Business Partner Manager to align people strategies with operational goals across our site. You will partner with senior leaders, advise on workforce planning, talent development, and employee relations, and lead a small HR team to deliver high-quality services.

You will drive compliance, implement HR programs, manage budgets, and analyze HR metrics to support informed decisions in a dynamic logistics environment. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in human resources management, including employee relations, workforce planning and HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of Dutch employment law, HR best practices and compliance.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, with ability to partner with leaders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site and functional leadership to provide HR guidance and support for business goals.
• Lead site-based HR programs and initiatives with consistent implementation.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, learning, and talent development activities.
• Manage relationships with external staffing providers and contingent workforce planning.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and programs; guide employee relations matters.
• Lead performance management, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
• Manage HR budgets, reporting, and HR systems for decision-making and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and audit standards.
• Guide labor relations, including union relationships and dispute resolution where applicable.
• Analyze workforce data and HR metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Coach one HR Advisor and promote engagement and inclusive culture.
