Qualifications

• Master's degree in human resources, business administration, organizational psychology, or related field (mandatory).
• 1–5 years HR experience in multinational or industrial environment.
• Experience partnering with managers and supporting people-related business challenges.
• Exposure to talent management, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to translate business priorities into practical people plans.
• Provide HR insights using data, trends and employee feedback.
• Coordinate defined HR projects with milestones, risks and stakeholders.
• Support workforce planning, talent management, and employee development activities.
• Coach managers on performance, development and team effectiveness.
