ASML is seeking an HR Business Partner in the Netherlands to act as the strategic sparring partner for senior management across global departments. You will set and drive the tactical people agenda and translate the people strategy into actionable plans.

You will proactively implement core HR processes, provide data-driven insights, and lead change management workstreams to embed the desired culture within the organization. This is a fixed-term assignment with Randstad Professional.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

• A fixed-term contract with Randstad Professional for the duration of the assignment.
• Preferred start date: 7th December 2026 (duration 6 months).
• A gross monthly salary of € 7.046,- based on a 40-hour workweek
• Hours: 40 hours a week.
• Location: Veldhoven (hybrid - 3 á 4 days in the office)
• A monthly Individual Choice Budget (IKB) of 10,66 % of your salary that you can deploy flexibly.
• 25 holiday days; 5 days are included in the IKB budget.
• A solid travel allowance; an NS Business Card or € 0.23 per kilometer.
