Van Hessen, a global player in the harvesting and processing of natural casings, is seeking an HR Advisor for its Dutch organization. You will partner with managers to provide broad HR advisory services, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, policy application, and process improvements.

The role combines hands-on operational support with strategic HR input, including Workday-related initiatives and compliance with Dutch employment law. 32 hours per week, permanent role, based in the Netherlands.

Formación

• Bachelor-level HR education and practical advisory experience are required.
• Experience advising managers on personnel issues and HR policy.
• Strong knowledge of Dutch employment law and absenteeism guidance.

Responsabilidades

• Advise and support managers on personnel issues.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Assist in absence and reintegration procedures and HR projects.
• Ensure correct application of employment conditions and HR documentation.
• Support optimization of HR processes within Workday.
