Qualifications

• Ambitieuze, commerciële instelling met hunter-mentaliteit.
• Uitstekende schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatie in het Engels.
• Vloeiend Nederlands is een pluspunt, Duits/Andere talen een voordeel.
• Bereidheid om door heel Europa te reizen en verschillende tijdzones aan te kunnen.

Responsibilities

• Beheren van nationale accounts en ontwikkelen van op maat gemaakte oplossingen.
• Uitbouwen van sterke klantrelaties binnen UPS Healthcare.
• Beheren van kansen, pijplijnen en financiële prestaties van key accounts.
• Presenteren van UPS-producten en -diensten in klantbijeenkomsten.
• Uitvoeren van business reviews en KPI-analyses voor continue verbetering.

National Account Executive

Locatie: Eindhoven

Would you like to work in one of the fastest-growing areas of UPS? As a National Account Executive at UPS Healthcare, you will build strong customer relationships and develop tailored solutions for companies operating within the complex healthcare supply chain. You will manage customers generating between €2 million and €30 million in revenue, with significant opportunities to identify and develop new business while continuing to grow professionally.

What You’ll Do

As a National Account Executive, you will serve as the primary point of contact for your customers. You will develop an in-depth understanding of their organizations, strategies, and business challenges, translating UPS Healthcare’s broad portfolio of services into solutions tailored to their specific needs.

You will guide customers through our extensive portfolio, including Small Package, Freight Forwarding, Warehousing & Distribution, and Cold Chain Ground. You will identify new business opportunities, develop strategies to achieve revenue targets, and work closely with Operations and Customer Solutions to further develop solutions that effectively address customer requirements.

You will also closely monitor your customers’ strategies, financial performance, product launches, and sales pipelines. You will manage key accounts, track revenue targets, and participate in joint customer meetings to present UPS products and services.

In addition, you will provide regular updates and conduct business reviews. Through compelling and effective presentations, you will identify new commercial opportunities and demonstrate the value and capabilities offered by UPS Healthcare. Using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), you will analyze performance and identify opportunities to further improve our services.

What You’ll Need

• You are ambitious, commercially driven, and have a strong hunter mentality.
• A bachelor’s degree, for example in Logistics & Supply Chain, Healthcare, or Business Economics, is preferred but not required.
• At least 2 years of experience in complex sales, preferably within the pharmaceutical, MedTech, or laboratory sectors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Dutch is considered an advantage.
• Willingness to travel within Europe and the flexibility to work across different time zones.
• The ability to translate complex solutions and services into clear business opportunities that address customer needs.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and networking skills.
