Job summary

Stokke GmbH, based in Amsterdam, is seeking a Senior Manager for Corporate Development & Transformation to drive M&A activities and strategic initiatives across the business. You will coordinate due diligence, develop value creation plans, and ensure governance and stakeholder alignment.

The role reports to the Transformation Director and offers exposure to senior leadership, CEO, and Board discussions. A Master’s degree and 5+ years in related fields are required, with a focus on delivering

Qualifications

Master's degree or MBA in Business, Finance, Economics or related field.
5+ years of experience in Corporate Development, M&A, Private Equity, Investment Banking, Strategy Consulting, or similar.

Responsibilities

Corporate Development & M&A: Support acquisition, divestment, and integration activities; coordinate due diligence; develop business cases and value creation plans; track integration progress and milestones.
Transformation & Strategic Projects: Drive transformation initiatives and enterprise-wide programs; support governance, reporting, risk management, and benefit realization.
Leadership Team & Board Support: Prepare presentations and analyses for Leadership Team and Board; support executive stakeholders with business reviews and shareholder activities.
