Job summary

STAFIDE is seeking a Senior Business Consultant in Amsterdam to drive enterprise data transformation. You will lead business process analyses, define AS-IS/TO-BE states, and map processes to applications.

You will engage with senior stakeholders to gather requirements and craft strategic recommendations. Requirements include 10+ years in business consulting or related fields, UML experience, and fluent Dutch.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Business Consulting, Enterprise Data Solutions, or Process Transformation.
• Strong expertise in business process analysis, consulting methodologies, and enterprise-wide problem structuring.
• Proven experience with stakeholder management (C-level, business, IT).
• Practical experience with UML modeling and structured business documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead business process analysis initiatives, including as-is / to-be analyses and gap analyses.
• Define and structure complex business problems based on input from lead consultants and client stakeholders.
• Develop consulting methodologies and standardized analysis templates for enterprise data solutions and process applications.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and presentations to collect functional and business requirements.
• Model business processes (UML) and map processes to applications.
• Identify secondary data sources and ensure effective data collection, validation, and analysis.
• Create reusable frameworks and standard components to improve consulting efficiency and consistency.
• Translate insights into strategic solution scenarios and concrete recommendations.
• Collaborate within Agile/DevOps environments as a team member, Product Owner, Scrum Master, or project contributor.
• Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to align enterprise data architecture with business objectives.
