Job summary

Stokke GmbH in Amsterdam is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to shape and scale our global recruitment function. You will design and drive a worldwide talent strategy, build pipelines, and partner with leaders across Europe, North America, and Asia to forecast needs and fill critical roles.

You will own projects, optimize processes, and leverage tools to improve efficiency while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (HBO/WO).
• 8+ years in a senior Talent Acquisition role.
• Experience in an international, fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing agencies and recruitment budgets.
• Fluency in English.
• Able to work from the Amsterdam office at least 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Stokke's global talent acquisition strategy.
• Drive workforce planning and lead recruitment projects.
• Build talent pipelines and strengthen hiring capability.
• Leverage technology and AI and manage the recruitment budget.
• Ensure operational excellence across the recruitment process.
