HousingAnywhere Group in Rotterdam is seeking a Strategy & Planning Manager to shape our strategic agenda and drive high-impact decisions across pricing, city expansion, and platform integration.

You will build go/no-go cases, run planning cycles for the Executive Leadership Team, and translate complex marketplace dynamics into clear commercial playbooks.

This is a Senior IC role reporting to the Director of Strategy & Ops, with a hybrid office setup and collaboration across Europe.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in management consulting or a strategy/BizOps function inside a tech company.
• Strong capability in running annual operating plans, OKR/target-setting, or quarterly planning.

Responsibilities

• Strategic problem-solving: frame big open questions and drive recommendations for monetization, pricing, city strategy and platform integration.
• Strategic projections: size opportunities and build go/no-go cases for strategic bets before commitment.
• Frameworks & playbooks: design operating playbooks and decision rules optimized for profitable growth.
• Strategic Planning: support monthly, quarterly and annual operating and budget planning with growth projections and long-range plans.
• Competitive & market intelligence: synthesize signals into a clear strategic point of view for the exec team.
