Job summary

HousingAnywhere in Rotterdam is seeking a Strategy & Planning Manager to shape our strategic agenda and drive high-impact business decisions, from pricing strategy to international city expansion and One Platform integration.

You will bring structure to ambiguity, build go/no-go business cases, and run planning cycles for the Executive Leadership Team, translating complex marketplace dynamics into clear commercial strategies and operational playbooks.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years’ experience in management consulting or a strategy/BizOps function inside a tech company; marketplace or platform business preferred.
• Experience owning strategy and planning cycles — annual operating plans, OKR/target-setting, or quarterly planning.
• Strong structured problem-solving to turn ambiguity into defensible recommendations.
• Excellent written synthesis in English; able to land a clear exec-level message.

Responsibilities

• Frame the biggest open questions facing the group (pricing, market/city strategy, One Platform integration) and drive recommendations.
• Size opportunities and build go/no-go cases for strategic bets before commitment.
• Own operating playbooks and decision rules for profitable growth.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual planning with growth projections and long-range plans.
• Synthesize competitive and market signals into a clear strategic point of view.
