Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics seeks a Global Customer Accounts Manager II to lead key client relationships and drive strategic account growth across air, ocean, imports, and exports. You will analyze data, deliver forecasts, and collaborate with global teams to exceed client expectations.

You will coordinate with sales and operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage budgets while presenting data-driven solutions to drive new business opportunities across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is required.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in freight forwarding operations, account management or sales in supply chain.
• Experience in direct customer facing roles (sales/account management) is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and other MS Office software.
• Ability to work across multiple time zones and global geographies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead, and manage key accounts; oversee KPI reporting, customer service, routing and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with other departments to address client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Extract and analyze account data; provide sales and service quality forecasts to management.
• Create and deliver MBR and QBR data to meet global sales expectations.
• Ensure compliance with AES, customs clearance, ITAR, screening of denied parties and dangerous goods regulations.
• Review budgets, pricing, quoting and seek cost efficiencies; support global sales staff with client relations.
• Perform other duties as assigned and uphold company policies.
