Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics, Inc. in Amsterdam seeks a Global Customer Accounts Manager II to lead strategic relationships with clients and drive growth across air and ocean freight networks.

You will analyze account data, coordinate with multiple departments, and deliver KPI reporting, monthly business reviews, and cost-saving solutions while ensuring compliance with AES, ITAR, and dangerous goods standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years in freight forwarding operations, account management or sales in supply chain.
• 3–5 years in direct customer facing roles (sales/account management).
• Experience with global accounts and KPI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage key accounts; oversee projects and KPI reporting.
• Coordinate with departments to address customer needs; maintain client relations.
• Extract/analyze account data; provide forecast data for management.
• Create and deliver MBR and QBR data to meet global sales and client expectations.
• Ensure compliance with AES, customs clearance, ITAR, screening of denied parties and dangerous goods regulations.
• Review budgets, pricing, quoting, and cost improvements.
• Assist global sales staff/offices with customer relations and issue resolution.
• Performs other duties as assigned
