Job summary

Europa Recruitment is seeking an Account Manager - Food Logistics in West Netherlands to develop new customer relationships and manage existing accounts. You will work with manufacturers, retailers and FMCG to understand supply-chain needs and craft solutions spanning transport, warehousing, and contract logistics.

You will build a strong commercial pipeline, drive utilization of the new warehousing capacity, negotiate long-term partnerships, and play a visible role in launching the flagship

Qualifications

• Commercially driven with a hunter mindset.
• Ability to open doors and turn opportunities into business.
• Experience building relationships with manufacturers, retailers and FMCG/CPG players.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win new customers across food, retail, FMCG and consumer goods.
• Build a strong commercial pipeline for the new operation.
• Drive utilisation of the site's warehousing and distribution capacity.
• Develop relationships with decision-makers across logistics, supply chain, procurement and commercial functions.
• Grow existing customers by identifying additional transport and warehousing opportunities.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and build long-term partnerships.
• Manage opportunities from first contact through proposal, negotiation and implementation.
• Play a visible role in the growth of the organisation's Food Logistics activities in the Netherlands.
