Job summary

Europa Recruitment is seeking an Account Manager – Food Logistics in West Netherlands to develop new customer relationships and manage existing accounts.

You will work with manufacturers, retailers, food producers and FMCG businesses to design solutions including transport, European distribution, warehousing and value-added services. Focus is on onboarding new customers to the flagship facility and establishing long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Commercially driven with strong relationship-building skills.
• Ability to open doors, identify opportunities and convert them into business.
• Capacity to develop proposals and negotiate contracts.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win new customers across food, retail, FMCG and consumer goods.
• Build a strong commercial pipeline for the new operation.
• Drive utilisation of warehousing and distribution capacity.
• Develop relationships with decision-makers across logistics, supply chain and procurement.
• Grow existing customers with additional transport and warehousing opportunities.
• Develop tailored logistics solutions with operations colleagues.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and build long-term partnerships.
• Manage opportunities from first contact to proposal and implementation.
