FP&A Controller: Sourcing & Cash Flow Leader

Job summary

Mediq is seeking an FP&A Controller – Sourcing, Working Capital & Liquidity to join its Group Finance team in the NL. You will blend financial planning and control with commercially focused performance analysis and business partnering across Sourcing and Working Capital domains.

You will own budgeting, forecasting, liquidity management and reporting, collaborating with senior Finance stakeholders across countries to improve cash flow, working capital and treasury outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• At least five years FP&A or related experience in international or distribution environment.
• Strong understanding of P&L drivers, working capital and cash flow mechanics.
• Experience in a matrix organisation, ideally with Sourcing, Procurement or Supply Chain teams.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Experience with BI, ERP and reporting systems is an advantage.
• Experience across multiple countries or business units and consolidating financial information is preferred.
• Professional qualification such as CMA or ACCA is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor sourcing performance, savings delivery and KPIs; identify risks and opportunities.
• Translate analysis into actionable recommendations to support value creation.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and scenario analysis for the Sourcing FP&A function.
• Support supplier negotiations and business cases with robust financial analysis.
• Own Sourcing FP&A reporting and governance improvements for transparency and insights.
• Prepare and consolidate cash flow forecasts and liquidity analyses across countries.
• Prepare quarterly lender reporting covering Group financial performance and covenant compliance.
