Job summary

Mediq is seeking an commercially minded FP&A Controller to own sourcing performance, working capital and liquidity analysis within an international healthcare group. You partner with senior finance leaders to drive actionable insights and robust forecasting.

The role combines financial planning and control with business partnering across Sourcing, Finance, and operations, providing broad exposure and a high-visibility impact across countries.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• At least five years of relevant FP&A or commercial finance experience.
• Strong understanding of P&L drivers, working capital and cash flow.
• Experience in a matrix organisation with Sourcing/Procurement or Supply Chain teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and scenario analysis for Sourcing FP&A and Group Working Capital.
• Provide robust financial analysis to support supplier negotiations and business cases.
• Deliver sourcing dashboards, spend analyses and liquidity commentary.
• Own and improve Group working capital reporting across accounts receivable, payable and inventory.
