Job summary

Nebius in Amsterdam is seeking a Finance Business Partner to act as a financial advisor to commercial and operational teams. You will deliver analyses to support budget control, cost discipline, profitability and ROI for major initiatives.

You will set financial frameworks, work independently on complex analyses, and partner with stakeholders to ensure rigorous governance, planning and continuous performance monitoring.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in FP&A or commercial finance or similar roles.
• Strong analytical capabilities and financial analysis skills.
• Experience partnering with commercial and operational teams.
• Understanding of revenue dynamics, cost structures and unit economics.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building across regions/time zones.
• Experience with planning applications (Oracle NSPB preferred) and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted financial partnerships with stakeholders and leaders.
• Develop and maintain reports for function leaders with insights.
• Support budgeting, monthly reviews and cost control.
• Communicate financial implications clearly to non-finance audiences.
• Drive budgets, forecasts, and monthly reporting cycles.
• Prepare dashboards, variance analyses, and performance insights.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency in financial reporting.
• Improve FP&A tools, planning systems and BI dashboards.
• Support automation and process improvements for visibility and control.
