Job summary

Nebius, a Nasdaq-listed Amsterdam-based AI cloud infrastructure company, seeks an FP&A Analyst to drive business cases and investments with rigorous financial modelling. You will partner with business units and the Executive team to appraise capital allocation, model scenarios, and monitor delivery against cases.

Ideal candidates combine advanced Excel/Sheets modelling, cash-flow forecasting, and strong communication skills to translate numbers into strategic guidance for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, investment analysis, or management consulting.
• Proven ability to build complex, multi-driver financial models in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience creating cash-flow models, forecasts, working capital movements, and capex scheduling.
• Strong grasp of investment appraisal techniques (NPV, IRR, payback) and financial statement mechanics.
• Ability to work independently across multiple workstreams.
• Experience translating data into actionable business insights for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, own, and refine financial models for business cases, investments, and strategic initiatives.
• Build scenario and sensitivity analyses, including Monte Carlo simulations for risk assessment.
• Translate assumptions into auditable models understandable by non-technical audiences.
• Evaluate capex proposals and determine ROI, IRR, NPV, and payback across horizons.
• Collaborate with Finance, Data Engineering and BI teams to improve inputs and insights.
• Present findings to senior management with structured, commercially oriented narratives.
