Nebius, Amsterdam-based AI cloud pioneer, is seeking a Strategy Manager to join the central Strategy team. You will own company KPI framework, headcount planning, and cross-functional strategic projects. The role demands speed, rigor, and ownership in a fast-moving AI-native company.

You will work from the Amsterdam office and collaborate with senior leaders on high-visibility initiatives, shaping company strategy, performance metrics, and growth plans across departments.

Qualifications

• Experience designing KPI frameworks and reporting to executives.
• Strong headcount planning across departments with cross-functional alignment.
• Proven ability to run end-to-end strategic projects (markets, products, partnerships).
• Fluency in financial reasoning: P&L, unit economics, business cases.

Responsibilities

• Design and run the company-wide KPI framework and report to executives.
• Lead headcount planning and forecasting with HR and Finance.
• Manage end-to-end strategic projects from market analysis to business cases.
• Consolidate initiatives across teams and communicate impacts to leadership.
• Prepare board-level materials with clear narratives and trade-offs.
• Conduct primary research to ground recommendations in evidence.
