Job summary

Omegro, through RouteVision, is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee the financial organization across the Netherlands and Belgium. You will ensure reliable reporting, strong governance, and high-quality reporting to the international headquarters, acting as a sparring partner to the CEO and Management Team.

You will develop the Finance team, drive process optimization, and apply AI and automation to make finance smarter and future-ready.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
• Ensure timely and high-quality reporting to the international headquarters.
• Translate financial data into management information, analyses, and strategic advice.
• Lead and future-proof the Finance team consisting of 5 colleagues.
• Initiate and deliver improvement, digitalization, and transformation projects.
• Apply AI and automation to make processes smarter, more efficient, and more scalable.
• Improve KPIs, management reporting, financial processes, and internal controls.
