Job summary

eyeo is seeking a Finance Manager to combine hands-on operational finance with building the Finance foundation as eyeo scales. You’ll work closely with the CFO and cross-functional teams across the organization in the Netherlands and beyond, helping design scalable processes, manage month-end closes, and provide strategic financial insight to support growth and funding rounds.

• Supporting the Management Team on strategic finance topics, including funding rounds.
• Shaping scalable finance processes and ERP landscape.

Job description

The role of Finance Manager is a broad, hands-on role combining operational finance with the opportunity to help build and redefine our Finance foundation and contribute to broader strategic topics as we scale.

You'll work closely with the CFO and team, external advisers and teams across the business. Finance is an integral part of the business at eyeo, supporting decision-making and enabling growth across the organisation. There are no fixed handbooks or fully established processes to inherit. You'll be part of building the Finance infrastructure needed for the next stage of eyeo's growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Accounting and financial administration across the Netherlands and Belgium, with the opportunity to expand your scope as we grow into new markets
• AP/AR, purchase orders and financial control
• Month-end and year-end close, including audit coordination
• Tax compliance
• Management reporting
• Budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis
• Preparing Investor and Board materials
• Supporting the Management Team on strategic finance topics, including funding rounds
• Helping design and implement scalable Finance processes and controls, as well as shaping eyeo's future Finance systems and ERP landscape.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Finance or related field 5 - 7 years of relevant experience
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
