Job summary

Adams Multilingual Recruitment is recruiting for a Sr Business Controller for a rapidly growing client in the EV and charging infrastructure industry. Based in Amsterdam with a hybrid work arrangement, the role reports to the Director of FP&A.

You will analyze KPIs, build three-statement models, track opex and capex across Europe, and identify opportunities to improve financial performance in a high-growth, international environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting and 5+ years in a similar role.
• Strong communication and board-level influencing ability.
• Experience handling large, complex datasets and related tools.
• Fluency in English and another European language.
• Genuine passion for sustainability and EV transition.

Responsibilities

• Analyze KPIs and dashboards, highlight trends and provide expert advices to hit goals.
• Build three-statement financial models and scenario analyses for cash and investments.
• Track opex and capex across Europe, benchmark performance and update estimates.
• Identify opportunities to boost financial performance and optimize processes.
• Work on projects across commercial, marketing, operations, retail, product & engineering in a high-growth, international environment.
