Job summary

We Do Group is looking for a Financial Controller to join a dynamic, PE-backed international business in Amsterdam. The role offers hybrid work with 2–3 days in the office and broad ownership across finance functions including Order to Cash, Procure to Pay and Record to Report.

You will lead month-end closes, ensure accurate reporting and partner with senior stakeholders across Finance, Sales and Operations, helping drive commercial decisions and a strong finance culture.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA credentials.
• Strong control, reporting and compliance experience.
• Experience with end-to-end finance processes in international environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the financial control and compliance environment.
• Lead month-end close and balance sheet reviews.
• Oversee end-to-end Order to Cash, Procure to Pay and Record to Report processes.
• Provide insight on costs, margins and performance.
• Partner with senior Finance, Sales and Operations.
• Manage internal and external audit relationships.
• Support future system and business change projects.
• Drive a commercially focused finance culture.
