Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Finance BPO Deal & Solution Lead to drive growth in Finance Operations Outsourcing across the Netherlands and Europe, focusing on Nordics. You will shape opportunities, perform due diligence, and support large-scale deals from qualification to execution.

In this role you will partner with sales, solutioning, and delivery teams, shaping commercial and operational strategies while mentoring junior specialists.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Finance Operations, Shared Services, GBS or related field.
• Proven experience leading large-scale outsourcing pursuits (€50M+).
• Experience with R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and shape outsourcing opportunities.
• Lead client discussions and discovery workshops.
• Develop business cases, value propositions and roadmaps.
• Define operating models, scope and governance.
• Support proposals, RFP responses and client presentations.
