Job summary

Klipboard in the Netherlands is seeking a Senior Finance Implementation Consultant to lead ERP One finance implementations on Enterprise and Tailored projects—from discovery through design, build, test and go-live. You’ll guide customer decisions, manage risks, and collaborate with Project Managers/PMO to keep delivery on track.

The role requires 5+ years of ERP consultancy, a strong Finance/Accounting background, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• ERP finance implementation experience across end-to-end projects.
• ERP consultancy experience with customer-facing delivery.
• Strong finance/accounting background and qualifications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel/PowerPoint/SharePoint).
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP One finance implementations on Enterprise and Tailored projects.
• Manage schedules, risks, issues, and delivery quality with PM/PMO.
• Guide key design decisions on processes, data, integrations, and timelines.
• Produce clear documentation and enablement materials for the team.
• Mentor consultants and contribute to the learning culture.
• Drive cross-team initiatives to improve delivery excellence.
