Job summary

Klipboard is seeking a Senior Finance Implementation Consultant to own ERP One finance workstreams from discovery to go-live, guiding customers and shaping design, data, and integrations. You will mentor consultants, contribute to capability documentation, and collaborate with Project Managers to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery across UK sites.

Travel to customer sites across the UK is required; a full, valid UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

ERP finance implementations on multiple end-to-end projects.
Experience as ERP consultant with significant customer-facing interaction.
Clear, concise communication and ability to influence.
Ability to collaborate with customers, consultants, and PMO for transparent plans.

Responsibilities

Lead ERP One finance implementations on Enterprise and Tailored projects, ensuring scope, plan, and quality targets are met.
Own day-to-day delivery: maintain schedules, manage risks/issues, and communicate progress with customers and PMO.
Guide key decisions on process design, data, integrations, and change impacts with a pragmatic view.
Resolve escalations end-to-end and feed lessons learned into continuous improvement.
Deliver advanced ERP One finance capabilities from the Service Catalogue and produce documentation.
Mentor and coach consultants, buddy new joiners, and contribute to a learning culture.
