Job summary

Valiantys is seeking a Business Development Manager in Amsterdam to drive high-value consulting engagements and organizational transformation with C-level clients. You will identify strategic opportunities, shape tailored service solutions, and coordinate internal teams to maximize value and ensure revenue growth.

You will build senior-level relationships, lead complex, multi-year deals beyond €2M, and leverage value-based selling.

Qualifications

5–10 years of experience in IT or professional services sales.
Proven track record selling high-value, multi-year consulting engagements.
Ability to hunt and develop new enterprise accounts with strategic focus.
Experience with transformation and organizational change is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery and advisory discussions with senior stakeholders to identify priorities.
Partner with consultants to develop service proposals aligned with objectives.
Develop and execute a territory plan to maximize sales opportunities.
Pursue new business within strategic accounts and whitespace prospects (75%).
Manage senior-level client relationships and orchestrate internal teams.
Collaborate with partners to drive co-selling and expand opportunities.
Provide timely forecasting, reporting, and strategic account insights.
