Job summary

Valcon in Utrecht, Netherlands, seeks a Manager Operational Transformation to lead execution of client projects within the Operational Transformation Capability. You will acquire new projects, manage teams, and ensure quality across initiatives that improve client business processes.

You will guide consultants, build client networks, and contribute to industry development while delivering measurable impact from day one.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees with a technical or numerical component.
At least 5 years of relevant work experience including consultancy.
At least 3 years as the responsible manager in a project environment with a strong track record.
Experience with Lean Six Sigma, Agile/Scaled Agile Framework, Scrum, Process Modeling & Analysis, and Enterprise/Process Architecture.
Ability to quickly understand client processes and systems.
Strong personality and team-player with excellent communication and analytical skills.
Commercial expertise; experience in building and maintaining customer relationships.
Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

Managing organizational processes, from the implementation of new technologies and new business models to the optimization of processes.
Optimizing (customer)processes, including the implementation and acceptance within the organisation.
Managing and regulating (process) projects
Managing stakeholders from entire organisations.
Building and maintaining a relevant network with current and new customers.
Managing and guiding consultants during projects and in their personal development.
Co-develop one of the industries in which Valcon is present.
