Job summary

Valcon is seeking a Senior Consultant Operational Transformation to bridge strategy and operations in a dynamic client environment. You will drive improvements in business processes, supervise project teams, and build strong relationships with clients to ensure measurable results and growth for Valcon.

The role requires a Bachelor's and Master’s degree with a technical or numerical component, plus at least 2 years of consultancy experience. Proficiency in Dutch and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and Master’s degree with a technical or numerical component.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant consultancy experience.
• Strong conceptual thinking with ability to derive insights from complex issues.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma, Agile/SAFe, Scrum, and process modeling.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in Dutch and English.
