Job summary

Atlassian seeks a Senior Engagement Manager to join our Advisory Services as an individual contributor in a distributed-first setup. You’ll lead client engagements, manage scope, and drive value by coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes for enterprise customers.

Travel up to 30% (domestic and some international). 10+ years in SaaS/tech consulting, 5+ years in professional services, fluent in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in professional services or customer-facing roles
• Fluency in Dutch and English
• Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for Advisory Services engagements, guiding the engagement lifecycle.
• Lead proactive scope management to align with client goals and engagement vision.
• Apply project and program management skills to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Cultivate enduring client relationships through consultative communication and value tracking.
• Partner with Atlassian teams to advocate for client needs and innovative solutions.
• Travel up to 30% for internal and client-facing activities.
