Job summary

Royal Canin is implementing the EOS programme to transform its European supply chain, with a focus on DiB (Cost, Service, Sustainability) and end-to-end process improvements across EKA. The SC Development Manager will lead cross-functional initiatives, align with regional/global stakeholders, and drive digitalisation in collaboration with factories and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in (Industrial) Engineering and/or Manufacturing.
• 3–5 years in manufacturing/CI/Lean/IE.
• End-to-end supply chain & logistics experience in global/European business (5+ years).
• Nice to have 2+ years supply planning, demand planning and/or logistics operations.
• Must demonstrate successful project management experience within supply chain/logistics/planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing review of EKA supply chain DiB initiatives and search for new opportunities.
• Lead the wider EKA Supply chain team through our continuous improvement roadmap.
• Manage projects to develop and start new supply chain capabilities.
• Lead deployment of standard processes & tools and digitalization with stakeholders.
• Lead and coordinate CI program across supply chain activities from factory to customer.
