Job summary

Aurora Live is seeking a Customer Success Manager for the Dutch market, based in Amsterdam. You will be the primary contact for valued customers, driving satisfaction and long-term partnerships, while collaborating with the sales team to expand opportunities.

You’ll coach providers to maximize participation in exclusive events, ensuring strong lead generation and meaningful connections through 1-to-1 meetings. This is a dynamic, international environment requiring fluency in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role such as sales, account management, customer success or similar.
• Proven track record of building and nurturing client relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Dutch and professional level English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and manage strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving challenges to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Equip solution providers with knowledge to optimize their participation in our invitation-only events, maximizing lead generation and relationship building opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify up-selling, cross-selling, and portfolio sales opportunities.
• Articulate the value proposition of our services and communicate the benefits of our event concept to clients.
• Demonstrate strong time management skills and prioritize tasks to balance strategic goals with client needs.
• Maintain accuracy and efficiency in all customer interactions.
