Job summary

Organon Comercializadora S de RL de C.V. is seeking a Demand Fulfillment Specialist to manage supply chain execution activities, including material movements, logistics, and inventory management for the Commercial Organization.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide 3PL and distributor customer service teams on warehousing and distribution activities.
• Ensure timely receipt and accurate processing of customer forecasts and orders.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers on supply and demand topics, including escalations.
• Build strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor and resolve escalated supply issues through coordination with planning teams, sites and customers.
• Maintain and improve standard reporting on demand, supply, master data, and inventory for all stakeholders.
• Participate in customer meetings and contribute to the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
• Support projects and initiatives that improve performance and customer service.
• Provide backup coverage for colleagues.
