Job summary

Organon is seeking a Demand Fulfillment Specialist to manage Supply Chain Execution activities, supporting the Commercial Organization with material movement, logistics and inventory management.

Responsibilities include coordinating with 3PLs and distributors, ensuring timely processing of forecasts and orders, and acting as the primary contact for customers on supply and demand topics. The role emphasizes collaboration with planning teams and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in supply chain, customer service, project management, logistics, planning, procurement, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills for independently solving straightforward problems and handling complex issues with support.
• Proactive, takes initiative and communicates how their area operates.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written.
• Advanced SAP skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with key external and internal partners, including 3PLs, distributors and sites.
• Oversee 3PL and distributor customer service teams on warehousing and distribution activities.
• Ensure timely receipt and accurate processing of customer forecasts and orders.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers on supply and demand topics, including escalations.
• Build strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor and resolve escalated supply issues with planning teams, sites and customers.
• Maintain and improve standard reporting on demand, supply, master data, and inventory.
• Participate in customer meetings and contribute to the S&OP process.
• Support projects and initiatives that improve performance and customer service.
• Provide backup coverage for colleagues.
