Job summary

Avensys Consulting Pte Ltd seeks a Business Analyst to strengthen data-driven decision-making and working practices within the Social sectors. You will bridge business operations and data, helping colleagues clarify objectives and translate them into actionable information products that add value.

This role demands critical thinking, questioning assumptions, and advising stakeholders to make better decisions based on data.

Qualifications

HBO or university degree in data, social sciences, business administration, economics or a related field.
Knowledge and experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience gathering information requirements, stakeholder management and translating data into insights and recommendations.
Strong analytical skills.
A positive but critical mindset.
Ability to ask effective follow-up questions and identify underlying needs behind a request.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues both inside and outside your own team.

Responsibilities
