Qualifications

• HBO or university degree in data, social sciences, business administration, economics or a related field.
• Knowledge and experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience gathering information requirements, stakeholder management and translating data into insights and recommendations.
• Strong analytical skills.
• A positive but critical mindset.
• Ability to ask effective follow-up questions and identify underlying needs behind a request.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues both inside and outside your own team.
