Job summary

IMPROVEN is seeking a Consultant Data & AI who will operate at the intersection of business, data and IT. You will guide clients through data strategy, governance and AI initiatives, helping organisations realise tangible impact and better decision-making.

You’ll work closely with analysts and BI specialists while shaping governance and roadmaps across assignments. You will join a collaborative team in a hybrid setup, contributing to propositions and knowledge sharing while developing your own

Qualifications

• 3-8 years' experience as a consultant in data governance, data quality and/or data strategy
• Strong knowledge of data management principles including ownership, definitions, lineage and quality
• Familiar with laws and regulations around data (privacy, security, compliance)
• Experience in a consultancy environment and building propositions and knowledge sharing

Responsibilities

• Advising clients on data strategy, governance and AI ambitions with concrete business goals
• Drafting and guiding data and AI roadmaps aligned with organisational goals
• Translating policy and strategy into frameworks and decision-making
• Structuring governance roles, responsibilities, definitions and data quality
• Engaging stakeholders and driving change to realise impact
• Collaborating with data analysts, BI specialists and IT teams to connect strategy and execution
• Developing propositions and sharing knowledge within IMPROVEN
