Job summary

ASUS is seeking an experienced senior B2B sales professional to shape and grow our server business in Europe. You will engage in early conversations with C-level executives, build strategic relationships, and translate requirements into customized data center solutions.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, and facilities teams to close deals, promote GPU cloud services, high-density cooling, and AI workloads. Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• At least five years of proven B2B sales or business development experience in data centers, cloud computing (IaaS), server hardware, or large-scale system integration.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); another European language is a plus.
• Strong network among decision-makers at target clients.
• Solid understanding of data center power, cooling and PUE concepts.

Responsibilities

• Grow ASUS server business by engaging in early conversations and building relationships with key stakeholders.
• Promote AI data center solutions including high-density colocation and GPU Cloud-as-a-Service.
• Analyze customer requirements and translate them into customized solution concepts with technical teams.
• Lead negotiations and close commercial contracts with C-level executives.
• Coordinate across product, engineering, and facilities teams to ensure project execution.
• Nurture partner relationships to drive revenue growth.
