Job summary

Huawei is seeking a Senior Data Center Business Development Manager in The Hague, Netherlands. You will proactively identify opportunities in FLAPD and Nordic regions, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure, and you will target global and regional Colocation Service Providers needing high-density, specialized infrastructure for GPU workloads.

Qualifications

Minimum of 6 years in Data Center, Colocation or Hyperscaler sectors.
Strong network in FLAPD markets; Nordic region experience desirable.
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding multi-million dollar sales quotas and closing large-scale data center contracts.
Excellent English communication; additional European language (German, French, or Nordic) beneficial.

Responsibilities

Identify and capture new business opportunities in FLAPD and Nordic regions throughout the full sales cycle.
Acquire new business from global and regional Colocation Service Providers requiring strategic capacity or expansion sites.
Develop and maintain C-suite relationships with key decision-makers in the data center ecosystem.
Own specific sales KPIs and drive quarterly revenue growth.
Collaborate with technical and operations teams to craft bespoke colocation and connectivity solutions.
