Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in Utrecht seeks a Customer Collaboration Specialist to manage end-to-end operational cooperation with major retail customers, ensuring high product availability and smooth supply chain execution.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and Logistics to deliver strong partnerships. Ideally you’ll have FMCG supply chain experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English for daily communication.
• Experience in FMCG supply chain, including collaboration, planning or logistics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Economics or related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily customer queries and be the primary contact for key retail partners.
• Coordinate promotional volumes and demand with Demand, Inventory, and Commercial teams.
• Address delivery issues, perform root-cause analysis and implement actions.
• Lead regular meetings with customers, sharing updates and risk assessments.
• Negotiate operational arrangements and SLAs with customers in a collaborative way.
• Work with Sales to align on commercial activities and resolve bottlenecks.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
