Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in the Benelux market seeks a Senior Strategic Supply Chain Project Manager to drive masterplans for high‑capex initiatives, coordinating with manufacturing, CS&L, and Commercial teams to meet Growth, Cost, Quality and Sustainability targets.

You will lead cross‑functional efforts, develop project charters, manage gates, and mentor teams while communicating with senior leaders. A graduate or master degree and at least five years in supply chain, plus strong analytics and English

Qualifications

• Graduate or Master degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Good basic financial acumen and P&L understanding.
• Strong PM skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Strategic thinking for site Masterplans.
• Effective communication across the business.
• Ability to coach and influence senior stakeholders.
• Fluent in English.
