Job summary

Qualifications

Masters Degree required.
Excellent communication and presentation skills (English and Dutch).
3-5 years of commercial experience, with >2 years in eCommerce.
Solid digital trading experience and understanding of levers affecting performance.
Ability to partner internally and externally; experience in managing customer relationships.
Entrepreneurial: identifies trends and opportunities; thinks beyond existing routes.
Strong analytical and influencing skills.
Experience with platforms and systems (e.g. digital shelf monitoring, Power BI).

Responsibilities

Strategic Partnerships: negotiate, develop, and manage JBPs with partners and retailers.
Commercial Performance & Visibility: optimize digital shelf, manage activations and launches.
Retail Media & Demand: drive always-on demand with Retail Media Networks.
Data-Driven Insights: monitor KPIs and translate data into initiatives.
Cross-Functional Leadership: act as digital champion for omnichannel execution.
