Job summary

Digital Realty is seeking a Contract Specialist to oversee end-to-end contract management for global accounts. You will coordinate review, drafting, and execution of agreements while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

You will work closely with Sales, Finance and Operations to support deal structuring and timely execution, while maintaining accurate contract records and data integrity across systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in legal studies or related field is required.
• Strong knowledge of contract law principles and commercial agreements.
• Proven experience managing high-volume, deadline-driven environments.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with CLM platforms, preferably Conga.

Responsibilities

• Oversee review and execution of agreements including MSAs, Service Orders, and amendments.
• Ensure contracts align with policies, risk tolerance and legal requirements.
• Act as escalation point for complex or high-risk contractual issues.
• Maintain accuracy and completeness of contract documentation and records.
• Identify contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Support audits related to contract processes.
• Provide template generation and transactional contract drafting support.
• Knowledge management of the contract landscape and data validation in systems.
• Drive accountability and service delivery standards across the team.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture and participate in hiring/training.
