Job summary

Digital Realty is seeking a Data Center Design Manager to lead complex, mission-critical data center projects from concept to commissioning. You will coordinate multidisciplinary design teams within the Design, Engineering & Construction organization, ensuring adherence to global and regional standards and acting as the central decision-maker for all design-related matters.

The role requires engineering or architecture qualifications, strong technical coordination, and excellent stakeholder

Qualifications

• Experience in data centre environments.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage external design and commissioning consultants.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary design across CSA and MEPH disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with global and regional design guidelines.
• Manage design schedules, budgets, change management and deliverables.
• Overall technical responsibility across design, construction and commissioning.
• Support construction execution by handling RFIs and clarifications.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, contractors, suppliers, customers and authorities.
• Contribute to standardization and continuous improvement of designs.
