Job summary

Digital Realty seeks an experienced contracts professional to oversee end-to-end contract management, including reviews, drafting, approvals, and governance for MSAs, Service Orders, and amendments.

You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Legal to ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and maintain accurate records across international accounts. The role emphasizes CLM process improvements, data quality, and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies or related field is required.
• 3+ years in contract management or legal operations.
• Strong knowledge of contract law principles and commercial agreements.
• Experience managing high-volume, deadline-driven environments.
• Proven communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with CLM platforms (preferably Conga).

Responsibilities

• Oversee review and execution of MSAs, Service Orders, and amendments.
• Ensure contracts align with policies, risk tolerance, and legal requirements.
• Act as escalation point for complex or high-risk contractual issues.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of contract documentation and records.
• Identify contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Support internal and external audits related to contract processes.
• Maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive information.
• Support template generation and routine contract drafting.
• Assist with novations documentation and system updates.
