Job summary

Deloitte Netherlands is seeking a proactive Senior IT Contract Manager to own the full lifecycle of IT supplier contracts (SaaS, cloud, licenses and managed services). You will manage relationships, drive cost efficiency and ensure risk controls across a portfolio of 100–120 contracts representing €30–35 million in annual spend.

You will lead contract changes, support audits, coordinate with Legal and Procurement, and optimize CLM tooling and data governance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT contract management or procurement.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Register and maintain IT contracts in the contract management database with full metadata and change logs.
• Negotiate MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, licensing agreements, and DPAs with vendors.
• Prepare contract artefacts for audits and support GDPR/data protection requests.
• Monitor supplier KPIs and SLAs; conduct vendor performance reviews.
