Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers is seeking a Client Success Manager (m/f/d) to serve as the primary commercial contact for hyperscale clients. You will guide the overall client relationship across the lifecycle, acting as a strategic advisor and coordinating with multiple internal teams to ensure value delivery and alignment with client goals.

Qualifications

• Commercial, engineering or information technology degree, or equivalent professional experience.
• Multiple years’ experience in Client Success, Sales, Bid Management or Business Relationship Management, preferably in data center or complex technical solutions.
• Strong understanding of commercial contracts and key contractual terms.
• Excellent written and verbal skills to communicate effectively and build relationships at all levels.
• Ability to interpret complex opportunities including contracts, technical requirements, and commercial models.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive client relationships to ensure client success and satisfaction and mitigate churn.
• Develop renewal strategy and collaborate on proposals, negotiations and client presentations.
• Identify and mitigate commercial and service delivery risks to minimize churn.
• Understand data center services and key commercial terms.
• Establish a communication structure with Sales, Operations, Security, Design, Construction, Finance, Legal and Governance.
• Manage end-to-end client onboarding and offboarding.
